X-Rays: Most routine X-rays are available on site. We have two employees certified to take X-rays.
ECG: Heart tracing to evaluate patients for arrhythmias and signs of ischemia.
Audiometry: Comprehensive hearing evaluation for ringing in ears or hearing loss.

Pulmonary Function Test: Evaluation of lung function for asthmatics and smokers.
Titmus Eye Exam: Comprehensive test for near and far vision, color vision and depth perception.
Annual Male and Female Exams: Complete annual exams with blood test.
Sports physicals: Pre-participation exams are available for students.
Well Baby Exams: Dr. James Irvine will see children as young as one year of age.
Immunizations: Routine immunizations are available for all ages.
Lab: We perform some testing in the office and draw blood for laboratory analysis.
PAP Smears: Pap smears are done on most women during their annual physical.
Pregnancy Test: We offer urine pregnancy test in the office and blood test are sent out to the lab.
Breath Alcohol Testing: Breath alcohol testing is available. We have a staff member who is certified to perform breath alcohol testing.
Drug Testing: We provide urine drug screens in the office and can send out specimens for urine or hair to the laboratory.
Remove Skin Growths: We remove skin tags, moles, and warts in the office.
DRX Spinal Decompression: Treatment for disk bulges without the need for surgery.
Osteopathic Manipulation: These treatments are available to restore physiologic function.
Sports Injuries: Many injuries require rest and therapy. Complicated or severe sports injuries are referred to a local orthopedic surgeon.
Work Injuries: All three doctors are on the Texas Approved Doctor’s List to treat work injuries.
Back Injuries: Most back injuries do not require surgery. We evaluate and treat most back injuries.
Laceration Repair: We can repair most lacerations. Amputations and tendon repairs will be referred to a local surgeon.
Minor Eye Injuries: Corneal abrasions, foreign bodies in the eye and some small foreign bodies embedded in the cornea are treated in the office.
Fractures: Simple fractures of the hand, foot and ribs are treated in the office. Complex fractures or fractures of large bones will be referred to an orthopedic surgeon.
