Looking for a new primary care physician? We provide attentive, personal care to address your specific needs!

Our Clinic

Mansfield Medical Clinic is a family owned medical practice established in 2001 by Dr. James Irvine. Our focus is providing quality medicine tailored to each patient’s need. Our practitioners are caring, compassionate and concerned. Over the years we have grown to include two board certified family practice physicians and three nurse practitioners. We are strategically located in the middle of the metroplex in one of the fastest growing communities. Our office is on Broad street across from the construction of the The Shops at Broad. We are also less than one mile west of the new Mansfield Methodist Hospital.

Dr. James N. Irvine moved his practice to Mansfield in February of 2001, initially starting in a clinic off Hwy 157. Dr. Sharon Irvine joined his practice in 2002 bringing her expertise in nutrition and women’s health. We built our current facility on broad street in 2005. In 2014, we added two nurse practitioners, Moriah Kerr, RN, MSN, FNP-BC and Shannon DeZonia, RN, MSN, FNP-BC to help with the increased patient volume. Both graduate top of their class with a master’s degree from University of Texas at Arlington. They are both well-trained and well qualified to address your health care concerns. Our expertise

In addition to the standard medical services, we provide services not typically offered by other clinics. We combine the latest in modern medicine with the Osteopathic principles of holistic medicine and manipulation.

We combine the latest in modern medicine with the Osteopathic principles of holistic medicine and manipulation. The facility is one of a very few that offers digital X-ray on site. We were one of the first in Mansfield to have electronic medical records.

Our doctors are available to treat most medical conditions and counsel patients on nutrition, hormones and exercise. Dr. James Irvine treats family practice patients and work injuries, he performs FAA and DOT physicals, and provides manipulation when needed. Dr. Sharon Irvine has special interests in women’s health, bio-identical hormones and manipulation.
